In addition to a range of plans, there is a choice of funding options to suit your needs and budget.
Company paid schemes
Available for companies wishing to provide a minimum of 3 persons with a dental plan as a core benefit. The company would pay the premiums to Denplan, and all persons covered would be subject to Benefit in Kind taxation.
Flexible benefits schemes (company paid)
Available for companies with a minimum of 100 employees wishing to include dental plans as part of their flexible benefits scheme. The company would need to pay the premiums to Denplan, and all persons covered would be subject to Benefit in Kind taxation.
Salary deduct schemes
Available for companies with a minimum of 100 employees who wish to provide their employees with the opportunity to select a dental plan. The employee would fund the premium via salary deduction, and the company would pay the premiums to Denplan.
Voluntary schemes
Available for companies with a minimum of 100 employees who wish to provide their employees with access to a dental plan. The employee would deal directly with Denplan and pay the premium via individual Direct Debit.
